Lifetime Product Warranty

ANKR Direct warrants the functional operation of the beacon for the lifetime of the product under normal operating conditions.

This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by water intrusion.
Damage resulting from impact, abuse, misuse, modification, or rough handling.
Damage caused by improper installation or maintenance.
Normal cosmetic wear that does not affect product function.

ANKR Direct is not responsible for lost beacons, lost fishing gear, or any resulting damages due to improper installation or inadequate securing of the beacon. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure each beacon is securely attached using appropriate mounting methods. Customers should take all necessary precautions to prevent the beacon from becoming detached during normal fishing operations.

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the beacon, at ANKR Direct's sole discretion. The warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to lost fishing time, lost fishing gear, lost catch, fuel costs, or any other indirect losses.
